AGE REQUIRMENT

All applicants must be 21 & older and provide proof of age.
Booker T. Washington Center does not permit nor approve teenage parties/events. Teenage Parties or standing only parties are Prohibited.

Renting Requirements

Requirements must be followed in order to see that your event is covered and organized.
The Booker T. Washington Center does not except payments onsite. All payments must be processed through our Payment Invoicing System. We accept debit cards. credit cards, ach payment, PayPal, and many other methods.

Payment Policy

A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit Fee is required upon approval of the rental application.
All remaining balance must be paid within
(1) week of the scheduled event.
All Payments must be made through the payment system.
Payment can only be made through the Booker T. Washington Center Payment Portal.

Decorating

2 hour setup time is provided for free.
Applicant may purchase extra time by the hour at $25 per hour.
BTWC does not provide decorating for any event.
Decorating is not available on Friday, nor permitted before 1:00 PM on Saturday unless approved by BTWC Directors.

Mandatory Insurance

All events require Insurance.
If alcohol is permitted for your event, the applicant must provide the rider for alcohol in their coverage/
Applicants can obtain insurance by carriers of their choice or by contacting Darcy Wagner at (814) 455-0987 ext 127 (Hart McConahy & Martz Insurance Co.)
