Afterschool Program

Our After School Program provides a safe and engaging environment for children to learn, play, and grow after school hours, focusing on educational enrichment and personal development.

GED Program

The GED Program offers individuals the opportunity to earn their high school diploma equivalent, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills for future educational and career opportunities.

Mentoring Program

Our Mentoring Program pairs experienced mentors with participants to provide guidance, support, and encouragement, fostering personal and professional growth through one-on-one relationships.

WIC Program

The WIC Program offers nutritional support for women, infants, and children, providing vital resources to promote healthy nutrition and wellness for families in our community.

Impact Sports

Our Impact Sports Program focuses on basketball, helping young athletes develop their skills, discipline, and teamwork while promoting physical fitness and healthy competition.

Volunteer Program

The Volunteer Program at Booker T. Washington Center encourages community involvement, offering various opportunities to engage in meaningful service that benefits both volunteers and those they serve.

Summer Program

Our Summer Program provides a safe and engaging environment for children to learn, play, and grow during the summer focusing on educational enrichment, crafts, field trips, and personal development.

Erie Public School Program

The I-Ready program used by Erie’s Public Schools is a online learning tool for K-8 students to build reading and math skills through a initial diagnostic test and personalized lessons.

Baby Boomers Program

The Program value seniors in the community. The Program offer engaging activities, forums, meetings, field trips, luncheons and gatherings. The Boomers also works with the youth as mentors to help them be prepared for life.

Community Service Program

The community service program allow individuals to do their community service in many ways, from cleaning, providing support for programs and assisting with events or task.

Helping Hands Drop-In-Center

Helping Hands” Drop-In Center serves as a vital and passionate resource for individuals grappling with opioid use disorder (OUD) and substance use disorder (SUD) within our community. Our center is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment, facilitating access to essential services that empower individuals on their recovery journeys.

Food Giveaway Program

The BTWC Food giveaway program provides turkey or ham along with cranberry sauce, stuffing, potatoes, green beens, and dinner rolls during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. BTWC also 40 pounds of chicken quarters, hotdogs and hotdog buns, barbecue sauce, bake beans and 5 pound bags of potatoes during Memorial Day and Labor Day.
